Adopt the pace of nature: her secret is patience.
– Ralph Waldo Emerson
The inspiration for the Spirit of Nature Society arrived on the breeze while we were walking in the valley where we used to live.
To us, being in nature always feels magical. The experience makes us more alive, filling us with joy and wonder and grand ideas. We felt inspired to share this and all the amazing benefits of being in nature with like-hearted people – kin- and that’s how the Spirit of Nature Society came into our hearts.
Born out of our love for nature – a love that brought us together, inspired creative practice, reconnected us with ourselves, and has kept us both living magically throughout our lives – we feel the Spirit of Nature Society is our way of sharing nature’s wonders with like-hearted friends through our creative gifts.
Nature is, and will continue to be, our greatest inspiration, teacher, comfort, and joy. We hope that through the society, we can inspire you and provide space to rekindle and deepen your own connection with nature and creativity.

There is pleasure in the pathless woods, there is rapture in the lonely shore, there is society where none intrudes, by the deep sea, and music in its roar; I love not Man the less, but Nature more.
